At Happy Marriage Bureau, we provide digital matchmaking services. Since we do not sell or ship physical products, traditional shipping and delivery do not apply. However, we ensure timely activation and transparent delivery of our services.


1. Service Activation

  • Once your registration and payment are successfully completed, your selected membership plan will be activated within 24 working hours.
  • You will receive confirmation and a welcome message via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery of Services

  • All matchmaking services, including profile suggestions, follow-ups, and personal support, are delivered digitally through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Every 15 days, we will share a curated list of suitable profiles based on your preferences.

3. No Physical Delivery

  • There is no physical product or courier delivery involved in our services.
  • Your account, match suggestions, and communication support are provided through our internal systems and direct contact.

4. Delayed Activation

6. Refund Policy Reminder

Please note, as per our policy:

Final settlement payment is applicable only after a successful match/marriage is fixed
