Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Happy Marriage Bureau. We value your trust and strive to offer the best possible service. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Digital Services and Memberships

All our services are digital and personalized in nature. As such, all sales are final. Once a membership or matchmaking service has been activated, it is non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  • Accidental purchase where no service has been availed.
  • Inability to access services due to a technical fault from our end, which we are unable to resolve.

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. No Refunds After Service Initiation

No refunds will be issued once:

  • A personal matchmaker has been assigned
  • Profile consultation has been conducted
  • Match suggestions have been shared

4. Offline Event Registrations

Registrations for exclusive offline events are non-refundable. If an event is canceled or postponed by us, we may offer an alternative date or credit.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

We recommend contacting us directly to resolve any concerns. Filing a chargeback without giving us the opportunity to assist may result in account suspension.
